What type of magazine am I creating and who is my main audience?

Music type?

From what iv seen, magazines that i would ideally like my magazine to represent is an all round theme such as Q and FHM. A magazine that has a wide audience means that you can include more varieties of music. It has been proven to be successful, you only have to look and Q to see that.

Who is your audience?

To help specify my audience I have decided to create a questionnaire and ask a verity of people to fill it out

What would your magazine be called if it has such a broad market?

Ideally i would like my magazine to be aimed at an indie society, in which case i would like to call it something that is ideologically representative of that group of people

Why have you chosen this magazine? 

Iv chosen to create this type of magazine because I don't know enough about a specific genre to create a magazine about. At the moment i would say thet the most popular music out their could be indie/alternative. Its a very popular genre and even though it will be specified to the indie group, it will most probably be brought by an audience with an eclectic taste in all music genres.
